EC0L0GICAL PRODUCTION OF NEW CAST ALLOYS USING WASTE VOLATILE ELEMENTS(NITROGЕN ETC.) Due to this, there is no informationthe influence of the main components in the system Fe-Cr-Mn-C on the cristization and maintaining of hyper-equilibnum nitrogen quantities in relation atmospheric conditions in castings of alloys with under 12-14% Cr The work introduces some technological results from the investigations o influence of C, C.r, Mn, etc. on the absorption and maintaing of hyper equilibrium nitrogen concentrations in relation to the atmospheric conditions in casting allays of the system Fe-Cr-Mn-C containing under 12-14% Cr and (ru.il$M under pressure. 1. Introduction The Fe-Cr-Mn-C-N system represents a particular interest for productionof founded and plastic deformation treated products that have to mach requirements of high mechanic indicators-wear resistance, corrosion resistence, non magnetivity, etc. The expensive and scarce Ni may be siuK-wdM substituted for N and Mn coating in the classical austenite alloys on Fe-C sistem. The research in C[l-5], Mn[3-4,6,12] and Cr[12,14-15] influence on solubility in alloys of Fe-C basis are usually relegated to rather concentrations, to pure alloys or to bi-component systems. As far as N soludifi in Cr alloyed steels is concerned, the usually published data iclci *« I concentrations above 15-18% under standard conditions-temperatuu- I"1"*! and N pressure l.lO"^Pa.
